Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
  3. Description of the infringing content and details to locate it, such as the URL of the page;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party including name, address, email, phone, and fax;
  5. A statement asserting that the material’s use is unauthorized by the copyright owner;
  6. A declaration that the provided information is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties, including costs and attorney fees, for misrepresenting information in a copyright infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

Kindly note that we may disclose the identity and details in any copyright infringement claim received with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and consent to your information being shared with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can submit a counter notification to request the restoration of the material. The counter notice must be in writing to our DMCA Agent and include:

  1. Your signature, either physical or electronic;
  2. Details of the removed material and its original location;
  3. A statement declaring your belief that the material was taken down by mistake;
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We treat copyright infringement seriously and adhere to the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy by keeping track of DMCA notices and identifying repeat offenders. Accounts of users violating our policy will be terminated.
